Flow Meters with Mechanical Counter (QA)
or Electronic (QAe)

Elster quantometers are very safe gas measuring instruments for
the wide range of capacity and for the different needs of companies.
The QA and QAe quantometers work on the turbine principle. The rotation
of the impeller is proportional to the volume of gas flowed and is recorded
(Vb/m3) using a mechanical (QA) or electronic (QAe) counter.
Self-lubricating bearings ensure perfect operation of the
maintenance-free quantometer.
The proven measuring principle combined with the high quality of the materials used,
ensure compliance with the highest industrial requirements.
In manufacturing and heating processes, quantometers enable a
precise energy control and optimization.
The QA quantometers are equipped with a 7-digit mechanical counter.
positions that record the quantity of gas Vb in m3. The quantometers QAe are
equipped with electronic counter.
In addition to recording the total volume (Vb/m3), the QAe allows the visualization
of the instantaneous flow rate (Qb/m3/h) and the volume at a given date
set.
The user can then easily calculate production costs.

Installation
Elster quantometers are extremely easy to install as they
can be mounted in any position (horizontal, vertical
etc.)
The direction of flow is indicated on the meter body with an arrow.
