The Self-amalgamating Band is a double-sided adhesive membrane made of a bitumen-elastomer mass with added tekifying resins. It is self-protected by a silicone film, which must be removed during use. In industry it is used with excellent results for the insulating coating of electrical cables or steel pipes to be buried. It has excellent dielectric rigidity which, together with its high adhesiveness, makes it suitable for insulation and restoration of the anti-corrosive and dielectric coating. Thickness 1.5 mm
